Privacy Policy

Troopy is a hosted service. This page describes what it stores about you and your workspace, where that data goes, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Troopy web app and to the AI teammates that run inside it.

What Troopy stores

• Your account: name, email address, and either a Google account identifier or a salted password hash. Never the password itself.
• Your workspace: missions, teammates, runs, facts, leads, approvals, questions and comments, each with who wrote it and when.
• Connections you add: tokens for Claude, Gmail or Google Drive, encrypted at rest. They are used only to act on your behalf inside your workspace.
• Synced content: when you connect Gmail or Drive, the text of recent messages and documents, so your workspace can search it.

Where data goes

• Troopy’s database, where each workspace is kept apart from every other.
• Anthropic, when a teammate runs: the mission brief, the pages it reads and the results it writes, under the Claude plan connected to your account.
• Google, for sign-in and for the Gmail and Drive access you grant. Troopy asks only for read access and only when you connect a service.
• The public web sites a teammate searches and reads while working on a mission.

What Troopy does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on the app or this site.
• No selling of data, and no sharing with anyone other than the services above.
• No training of models on your workspace.
• No hard deletion of facts inside a live workspace: wrong facts are marked superseded so the record stays complete.

Your choices

Disconnect a service from the Connections page to stop syncing and delete its token. Revoke Google access at any time from your Google account settings. To delete your account or an entire workspace, write to us from the email address on your account and we remove it, including synced content and facts.
