Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of Troopy, a subscription service for teams. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.

Accounts and workspaces

• Sign in with a Google account or an email address and password. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think they have been used by someone else.
• Everything you write in a workspace is visible to the other members of that workspace.
• The person who created a workspace is responsible for who is in it and for what it is used for.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed at the price shown when you subscribe, in advance for each billing period.
• You can cancel at any time; the workspace stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Connected services

• Connecting Claude, Gmail or Google Drive means Troopy acts on your behalf with those services, within the access you grant.
• You are responsible for staying within the terms of those services, including the usage terms of your Claude plan.
• Content synced from Gmail or Drive is shared with your workspace. Only connect accounts whose content your team may see.

AI teammates

• Teammates search and read the public web. Their output can be wrong, and Troopy shows it to you for review before it becomes a fact.
• Every run is limited by the budget and daily cap set for the teammate. Claude usage is billed by your Claude plan, not by Troopy.
• Do not use teammates to collect personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, or to contact people.

No warranty

Troopy is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Troopy is not liable for losses arising from its use, including decisions made on the basis of a teammate’s findings.
