What changed in Troopy

Each update to Troopy, the newest first. In the app, What's new shows the same updates, and marks the ones that are new to you.

October 2026

Improved

Ten maps for the globe of Analytics

The globe of the visitors who are on your site now has ten maps: Dark, Light, Outdoors and Satellite, as DataFast has them, and Night lights, Blue Marble, Bright, Atlas, Neon and Emerald. The first button of the globe picks one, and your browser keeps it.

Improved

No cookies in Analytics, for real

With No cookies on, the tag in setup and in Analytics settings loads the script that sets no cookies. Put the new tag on your site: the old tag still sets cookies.

The id of a visitor uses a random key for each day, and Troopy deletes that key the next day. Then nobody can find the visitors of that day again. A site with no cookies has no Visit count filter, Journeys tab or Visitors tab.

Improved

Analytics settings in a column

The pages of Analytics settings are in a column at the left: General, Revenue, Import, Reports, Alerts, Integrations, AI crawlers, Exclusions and Security. Each page holds boxes, each with its own Save.

Exclusions adds an address, a page, a hostname or a country one at a time. Integrations holds Google Search Console, mentions on X and Reddit, GitHub and Meta Ads.

Improved

A new setup for Analytics

The setup of Analytics shows one step at a time over a turning globe: Add site, Install script and Attribute revenue. The script has a tab for Next.js, npm and WordPress, and a switch for no cookies.

Install with AI gives a prompt for Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot, which adds the script for you. After the last step, the page waits for the first visit, and the dashboard opens by itself.

Drag the rows of the task list

Drag a row of the list to put it in order, as you do with a card of the board. A blue line shows where it lands. Drop it on another group to change its status, assignee, priority or project. Selected rows move together.

Improved

Accept all, or mark as seen, in Needs you

The line of the feedback that teammates sorted has Accept all: it takes each suggestion as it is. The lines of Customers also have Mark as seen, which puts a line away until there is news.

Improved

Save the filters of a view

When you add filters on Tasks, Save shows at the right of their row. In your own view, Save keeps the filters and the display in the view, and the chips go. In any other view, Save as view keeps them as a new view of yours. Edit in the menu of the view shows its filters again.

Open Tasks in Troopy

Improved

Tasks change at once

A new task shows on the board as soon as you make it, and the dialog closes at once. A change of status, priority or assignee, a move, a comment and a reaction show at once too, and Troopy saves them in the background.

Open Tasks in Troopy

Improved

Views, filters and display on Tasks, as in Linear

Your views are a row of pills over the tasks: All tasks, Active, Open, My tasks, then Humans and Agents, with the open tasks of people and of teammates. Then come your own views and the shared ones. A view keeps its filters and how it shows the tasks, and hides its filters until you edit it. Right-click a view, or double-click it, to edit it, duplicate it, copy its link or delete it.

Filter, or F, opens categories: status, priority, assignee, creator, labels, project, milestone and due date. Display picks List or Board, the groups, the order and the parts of each row or card.

Open Tasks in Troopy

Improved

Fold the groups of the task list

The arrow at the left of each group of the task list folds it, and your browser keeps the fold after a reload. The + of each group, and of each column of the board, makes a task in that status.

Max and Ultra give more

Max now has room for 50 teammates, and Ultra for 100. On Max and Ultra, your teammates email from your own domain, and your chatbots and surveys show no Troopy badge. Ultra also runs on the largest computer, with 8 processors, 16 GB of memory and a 125 GB disk, and gives a shared Slack channel with the Troopy team.

Every plan now has unlimited routines and triggers, and the 3-day Trial gives the plan that you pick on the pricing page. You start it with your card in Stripe, and Stripe charges the card when the 3 days end, unless you cancel.

Feature

Teammates work on every AI plan

Teammates now work on a SuperGrok or GitHub Copilot plan, and on a key of the OpenAI API, Gemini, OpenRouter, Z.ai, Kimi, MiniMax or Qwen, as they do on Claude and ChatGPT. Troopy picks a strong model of a plan with a key at the first run. Pick another one in Settings > AI.

A key that bills each token has a hard spend cap for each run, and Troopy shows the spend.

Open Settings > AI in Troopy

Feature

Three plans: Pro, Max and Ultra

Max is the plan that was Ultra: Pro on a bigger computer, for $99 a month.

The new Ultra costs $199 a month. It has room for 100 teammates, 120 free minutes of voice a month and 60 AI pictures a day. Each teammate can do more steps and more runs a day, and you get a setup call with the Troopy team.

Fixed

Copy for X keeps tables, code and pictures readable

X has no tables and no code blocks, so a pasted table ran its cells together. Copy for X now makes each row of a table an item of a list, with the first cell in bold, and each code block a quote.

X takes no pictures from a paste. Put the pointer on a picture of the doc: Copy and Download show at its top right. Paste each picture in X at its place, and add the cover as the cover of your X article.

Feature

A computer and a plan for each workspace

Each workspace is one business, so each one now gets its own cloud computer and its own troop. The AI plans of your organization sign in on each computer, and your people stay free.

Your first workspace starts with a 3-day Trial of Ultra, with no card. After it, pick Pro at $49 a month, with the Engineer, the QA tester and GitHub, or Ultra at $99 on a bigger computer. Yearly costs 20% less. Settings > Billing shows the plan, the card and the invoices, the voice minutes and the runs of each teammate.

Voice now has 30 free minutes a month for each workspace. Connect your own OpenAI key in Settings > Images to talk with no limit.

Improved

Integrations are Apps now

Settings > Apps shows the apps that are on, then every app in its group: payments, code, marketing, sales, docs, chat and more. Search finds one by its name or by what it does. A click opens its card, where an owner or admin connects it. The apps marked Soon come later.

Telegram moved here too, beside Slack and Discord, which come soon. In the API, the paths, the scopes and the commands say apps.

Open Apps in Troopy

Feature

Help, and the Troopy docs

The ? button at the bottom of the sidebar now opens Help and support. It shows the guide of the page you were on, lets you ask your Chief of Staff, and gives our address: support@troopy.ai.

The docs at troopy.ai/docs have a guide for each part of Troopy, each app that you can connect, the API, the MCP server and the CLI. Search them with ⌘K, in the docs or in the app. Your Chief of Staff reads them too, so you can ask it how something works.

A review shows what your teammate did

When a teammate finishes a task, Needs you and the task now show its answer, the pictures that it made, and the docs that hold the work. That includes an answer on a doc or in a chat. You see what to mark done or send back.

Open Needs you in Troopy

Feature

Forgot your password? Get a link by email

Log in has a Forgot password link now. Enter your email, and Troopy sends a link that works for one hour. Choose a new password there, and you're in.

Each other device signs out, and you get an email that says the password changed. An account that signs in with Google gets an email that says so.

Open Log in in Troopy

Feature

Emails for each step of your account

Troopy now welcomes you by email when you sign up, with the three steps of setup. When setup stops halfway, a reminder comes a day later.

Your Chief of Staff writes when the troop is ready, and when your AI plan signs out. You also hear when your computer doesn't start, and when someone accepts your invite. Invites, security notices and the reports of Analytics have the same new look.

Improved

Templates by area

Templates now shows the work of one area at a time: Email, CRM, Growth, Content or Support. Pick a kind too, or search.

Some templates have new names: Weekly report, Competitor watch, Lead research and Customer support. Each card says what you get first.

Open Templates in Troopy

Improved

Home says what needs you, and what runs today

Under the message box, Home now says how many things need you. When they take 10 minutes or less, it says about how long. Waiting on you is Needs you now, in the sidebar and everywhere else.

Today's routines shows the routines of your troop that run today, in one row. Home fits your screen. A workspace that connected no app yet gets one card that leads to Apps, with Not now.

Open Home in Troopy

Improved

Email settings, in Settings

Email now has its place in Settings, with three tabs: Inboxes and rules, Mailboxes and Domain. A pill for the workspace and one for each teammate show all the settings of that inbox on one page.

New rules for every inbox let only the domains that you name reach your troop, or keep one out. Texts save by themselves, and Refine with a teammate lets you talk its handling notes through. It proposes new notes, and you say yes.

Open Settings > Email in Troopy

Feature

Generate image, anywhere in a doc

Type / in a doc and pick Generate image, or pick it in the menu of a block. Say what you want, or leave it to your teammate. It reads the words round that place, and makes a stock photo, a card in the look of your brand, or art.

The picture goes in that place by itself, and the comments show your teammate at work. Art still waits for your yes.

Open Docs in Troopy

Improved

Articles get their pictures

An article of a routine now gets its pictures right after its draft. The same teammate fills each place that waits for one, with stock photos and cards in the look of your brand.

An article that still has such places shows Make the pictures in the menu of its doc. Say what you want, or send it as it is.

Open Docs in Troopy

Improved

Your troop's AI, in one place

Settings > AI holds the models, the images and the tools of your troop. Its first card says what your troop runs on: the model, the effort, and the plans to try next when one runs out. Pick a model of any plan you connected, and that plan goes first.

Each teammate also shows how much it may work by itself: the steps each time, and the times a day. Your AI plan pays for this work, and Troopy never charges you for it. The limits start generous, so that your routines run the troop by themselves, and owners and admins raise or lower each one.

Open AI settings in Troopy

Feature

Guests for your clients

Invite a client as a guest in Settings > People, and pick what the guest sees: some products, and the tasks too if you like. A guest reads them, comments on docs and tasks, and reacts.

A guest sees nothing else of the workspace: no troop, no brain and no Home. Its comments start no teammate, so your AI plan works only for your own people.

Open People in Troopy

Feature

Only some products for a person

Owners and admins pick the products of each person in Settings > People, with Products on the row of the person. A person who doesn't have a product doesn't see it in the sidebar, on Products, in search or in the attach menu, and can't open its pages. Tasks, the troop and the brain stay for everyone.

Open People in Troopy

Improved

Make all the pictures of an article again

Regenerate all pictures, in the menu of a doc, asks the teammate who wrote it to make each picture again, in the look of your brand, and to put each one in its place. Say what to change, or leave it empty.

The cards of an article now draw side by side, so the pictures come sooner.

Open Docs in Troopy

Feature

Admins of one workspace

Make someone the admin of one workspace in Settings > People. They hire teammates, set up routines and connect services there, and they decide what only admins decide. People, AI plans, the computer and new workspaces stay with the owners and admins of the organization.

Open People in Troopy

Feature

Your brand, for the whole troop

Brain > Brand keeps how your business looks and sounds: its logos, colours, fonts, picture style, tagline and call to action. Troopy reads your look from your website, and your Chief of Staff drafts the lines that are empty. Your own choices always stay. Your website, what your business does, why people pick it and who it is for are in Brand too, under Company.

Your teammates draw each card of an article in your look, give each picture that they make your style, and put your own pictures in their posts. Add your competitors, or let the Competitor watcher find them.

Open Brand in Troopy

Feature

Take a copy of your workspace

Settings > Workspace > Backup downloads all the data of your workspace as one JSON file: your teammates and their files, conversations, tasks, docs, email, the CRM, Customers, surveys and Analytics.

The vault, keys and passwords stay in Troopy, and so do the private notes of other people. Owners and admins export a workspace, 3 times an hour.

Open Backup in Troopy

Feature

Approvers: people who decide what waits

Invite someone as an Approver in Settings > People. An approver reads the workspaces that you invite them into, and decides what waits on people: approvals, questions, drafts, reviews and releases. They change nothing else, and they don't chat with teammates.

Owners and admins switch a person between Member, Approver and Viewer in the list of people.

Open People in Troopy

Feature

Show your troop at work, at a public link

Settings > Workspace > Public dashboard gives a live, read-only view of your workspace at a link: your troop and what each teammate does, the board with the thread of each task, and your docs. Anyone with the link can read it, with no account.

Email, settings, the vault, the CRM, Customers and Analytics stay out, and so do the tasks that hold the words of your customers. Turn it off, and the link stops. Make a new link, and the old one stops for good. Search engines stay out unless you let them in.

Set up the public dashboard in Troopy

Feature

Viewers: people who look, and change nothing

Invite someone as a Viewer in Settings > People. A viewer sees the tasks, docs, chats, canvases, lists and analytics of the workspaces that you invite them into, and changes nothing. Nothing waits on a viewer, and no teammate works for one.

Owners and admins make a member a viewer, or a viewer a member, in the list of people.

Open People in Troopy

Improved

See who needs you at a glance

A teammate that waits on you now has a small glowing ember on its face: in the sidebar, at the top of its page, in Settings > Troop and in the troop chat. It shows while the teammate has a question for you or a call that waits for your yes, and it goes when you answer.

Open Needs you in Troopy

Improved

Faces that keep still, if you like

Settings > Appearance has a switch for the faces of your teammates. Turn Animated faces off, and each face keeps one pose: busy while its teammate works, or asleep while paused. The choice stays on this device.

Open Appearance in Troopy

Improved

Cards with figures, and Regenerate

The cards of your articles now look like the page of a magazine: paper, a serif, and a figure on each card. A number gets a dial, a method gets its steps with icons, two numbers get bars of their sizes, and numbers over time get a chart.

The menu of a picture in a doc now has Regenerate. Say what to change, or nothing, and the teammate makes the picture again in the same place.

Open Docs in Troopy

Improved

Every setting of a teammate in one place

Settings > Troop holds all the settings of each teammate now, in tabs: its plan, model and routines, its notes, its personality, its identity and its face. Configure on the page of a teammate opens them.

Open Troop settings in Troopy

Feature

Pictures in your articles

The Social media manager now puts the pictures in the doc of each X article: free stock photos for the real scenes, cards that Troopy draws, and art from your image provider. The Content writer puts photos in its blog articles too. A daily routine gets them, with no one to ask. Ask for pictures on an article that you changed, and your words stay.

In Settings > Images, connect an image provider, pick its model, and let teammates make art without asking first, up to 20 pictures a day. Tables in a doc now fill their box.

Open Settings > Images in Troopy

Improved

A teammate opens on its chat

Click a teammate in the sidebar and you can write to it at once: its chat opens with the box to write in.

Its numbers, drafts, routines and recent work are in Overview. The switch at the top of the page moves between Chat and Overview, and both show the buttons to talk to it, watch its computer and change its setup.

Improved

Your updates in the dock, and Troop settings in Settings

The ? menu in the dock at the bottom of the sidebar opens What's new and Activity, and the bell sits beside Settings.

The model, the effort and the routines of each teammate are in Settings now, under Workspace, as Troop.

Open Troop settings in Troopy

Improved

Move, change and comment on each block of a doc

Point at a paragraph, a heading, an item of a list or a picture in a doc. A + and a grip show at its left. The + adds a block under it, and you drag the grip to move the block.

Click the grip for the menu of the block: duplicate it, delete it, turn it into a heading, a list, a quote or code, or ask a teammate about it. The button at its right starts a comment that quotes the block.

Open Docs in Troopy

Feature

A bell for what needs you, and your own say in what Troopy tells you

The bell in the dock at the bottom of the sidebar counts what is new for you: a teammate who needs your decision, work that waits for your review, a draft, a reply to you, or a comment on a task you follow. Open it to read the newest, mark them read, or clear them.

Settings > Notifications lists each event with two switches, one for the bell and one for email. Decisions come by email from the start. A burst of news comes as one email, and an email never repeats what you read in Troopy first. Every Monday you can get a short look back at the week of your troop.

Choose your notifications in Troopy

Feature

Activity: everything your troop did, in one feed

Activity shows what your teammates and your people did, newest first: comments, new tasks, moves, tasks handed to someone, and files. A dot marks what came since your last visit. Filter by a teammate or a person, and by kind. For you is the whole list of your bell.

Open Activity in Troopy

Feature

What's new, right here

This page. Each update to Troopy lands here with a link to try it, and a card above the dock of the sidebar tells you when something new arrives. The ? menu in the dock and ⌘K open it too.

Feature

Every product on one page, and a sidebar you choose

Products shows each product of Troopy as a tile with a picture of it, drawn with the names of your own business and troop. Pin a product to put it in your sidebar, and drag the pins into your own order. Your pins are yours, in each workspace.

Teammates

Your Chief of Staff maps a big ask before it starts

When you hand the lead something large and vague, it first lists what it knows, what it doesn't, and what it must ask you. The Engineer does the same for a ticket: it names the traps in the code and each decision that its plan makes, so that you review the choices and not only the result.

Feature

History for every doc, with one-click restore

Each doc keeps its versions: who made each one, a person, a teammate or an app, and what it changed, in the colour of its author. Name a version to keep it for good. Restore puts any version back, and Undo takes it back again.

Open Docs in Troopy

Improved

Docs get properties, and interviews and research reports become docs

A doc has properties at its top, as a page of a Notion database has, and each collection keeps its own set. Interviews and research reports are docs now, so they get History, comments, links and guest links too. Comments and dated notes open in a panel at the right edge, and the first row of a doc stays quiet.

Open Interviews in Troopy

Feature

Routines: work that starts on a schedule, or when something happens

Automations is now Routines, with every routine of the troop in one list. A routine runs on days and a time, every few minutes, or on a cron expression. A trigger starts a teammate when something happens: a customer asks to cancel, a payment fails, a reply comes in, or another app calls its webhook. GitHub, Stripe, Shopify, Zapier, Make and n8n each get their setup steps.

Templates lists the ready-made work of each role. One switch turns a template on, and hires the role first when nobody holds it.

Open Routines in Troopy

Improved

The support bot reads only what you made public

The chatbot on your website answers from the description of your business, the pages of your own site, and the docs that you turn on for it. It never reads your memory files, your notes or any other doc.

Open Customer support in Troopy

Feature

Analytics: ad spend and ROAS, search keywords and mentions

Connect Meta Ads to see the spend and the return of each campaign beside its visits and revenue. Google Search Console adds the searches that bring people, with the revenue that each one brings. Troopy also finds the posts on X and Reddit that name your site, and ties visits to them. A managed proxy keeps the script on your own domain.

Open Analytics in Troopy

Feature

More than one chatbot, and every conversation in one inbox

A workspace can run many support bots, each with its own name, colours, greeting and websites. Conversations shows what visitors wrote and what the bots answered, with their files and voice messages, and who is online now.

Open Conversations in Troopy

Feature

Surveys: ask the users of your product, in your product

Start a survey from a template, or as the next round of an earlier one, and show it in a small card on the pages of your product. Each written answer becomes a piece of customer feedback. The PMF page starts the product-market fit survey with one button and tracks the score over time.

Open Surveys in Troopy

Feature

Customers: who pays you, who is at risk, and what they ask for

Troopy reads your customers from Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Paddle and Dodo Payments, with their plans and what they pay. It marks who needs a look and why, keeps what customers said, compares groups of customers, and keeps a roadmap of what they ask for, ranked by the money behind each item.

Open Customers in Troopy

Feature

Disputes: the evidence prepared before you look

When a customer disputes a payment, Troopy prepares the answer for its reason: the receipt, the policies, the emails and proof that the customer used what they paid for. For Stripe it goes when you press Submit. For Dodo Payments, you upload the files that Troopy made.

About Disputes in Troopy

Improved

React with any emoji, and one editor everywhere

React to a task with any emoji. Every rich text in Troopy now uses the same editor: type / for blocks, and paste a link to embed an X post or a card of any page. Eggshell joins the light shades, with the cream of a sheet of paper.

Teammates

Long X articles, with every number checked

Send /x-article and a topic to your Social media manager. It proposes three titles, then writes the article as a draft in Docs. Troopy names each number that no source of the work shows, so nothing made up goes out. The teammate also draws the cards and asks your image provider for art, after your yes.

Open Docs in Troopy

Feature

Tools: see what your teammates use, and switch it off

Settings > Tools lists every tool of your troop by family, with who holds it and how often it was called in the last 30 days. Owners and admins switch a family or one tool off for the whole troop.

Open Tools in Troopy

Teammates

Teammates learn from the work you fixed

When a task is done, its teammate looks at where you stepped in: your answers, the calls you turned down, the work you sent back. It writes what it learned as a skill or one line in its notes, and you approve each lesson. A meter shows how often each teammate needed you this week against the week before.

Teammates

Two new roles: the Assistant and the Growth analyst

The Assistant keeps shared inboxes in order: it sorts the mail, drafts the answers, finds follow-ups and prepares your meetings from Google Calendar. The Growth analyst reads Analytics and sends the numbers of the week, the new sign-ups worth a look and the gaps in your search traffic.

Engineering: tickets from plan to release, tested by a QA tester

An engineering ticket goes through Analyze, Plan, Build, Test and Release. The Engineer writes the analysis and the plan, and you approve the plan.
